Cancellation Policy
Calls are a key part of how we build, guide, and refine your brand. But they work best with a little structure. Here’s what you need to know: - Booking: You’ll get an email with a link to book your call(s) as part of your service. Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute changes may delay progress and require a new booking. - Timing: Calls are typically 30–60 minutes, depending on type. We start and end on time out of respect for both calendars. - Prep Matters: For strategy, mentorship, or feedback calls, come prepared with your questions or assets. So we can go deeper, faster. (We’ll send prompts or agendas beforehand when needed.) - Missed Calls: If you miss a scheduled call without notice, it will count toward your allotted time. A new session may require a booking fee. - Tech: We use Zoom or Google Meet (link provided in calendar invite). Recordings are offered for mentorship and strategy sessions, unless requested otherwise. - Boundaries: These calls are for your booked project or support type. For unrelated questions, requests, or new ideas, we’ll guide you to the best next step (a new booking, a proposal, or async support).
